Peter Byström is an agile mentor, trainer and facilitator for companies and organizations in digital and fast changing environments, from team level to top management and leadership. He also brings knowledge from complexity theory to system architecture, software delivery and testing strategies.
He has long experience with agile development within the public sector with legacy systems and governmental regulations. With an academic background within cognitive science he is a freelance consultant with deep knowledge of agile methods, training and workshop facilitation in large organizations with high degree of social and technical complexity.
Peter is also a certified Training from the BACK of the Room facilitator for both public and inhouse classes.
